Inventory descriptions
We try hard to describe each sectional accurately — brand, dimensions, configuration, fabric, and condition. The condition rating (1–10) and condition notes are our honest assessment, but they're subjective. We encourage you to view a piece in person before you commit. Photos may not capture every wear mark; we'll point them out at the viewing.
Pricing
Listed prices are valid at the time you visit a piece in person and commit to buy it. Same-day-as-listing price changes are rare but possible — usually because someone else viewed and committed before you. We don't run silent price drops or bait-and-switch.
"Retail" comparison prices reflect the original MSRP from the manufacturer's website at the time we listed the piece. They're for context, not a current price guarantee.
24-hour holds
After you view a piece in person, we'll hold it off the market for 24 hours at no charge while you decide. After 24 hours the hold expires and we'll re-list it. Holds are a courtesy, not a binding sale — no payment required, but please tell us if you've decided against it so the next person can see it.
Returns and condition issues
Once delivered, you have 30 days to flag any condition issue we missed. We'll send our team back to inspect and either fix it (frame, mechanism, cushion replacement at our cost) or refund you and pick the piece up. After 30 days, sales are final unless there's a manufacturer defect we couldn't have known about.
We don't take returns for "I changed my mind" or "the color looks different at home" — that's why we encourage in-person viewings before you commit.
Delivery
Free same-day delivery is included on every sectional within our standard zone: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, and Star. Outside the zone, delivery is by quote — usually $1–2/mile beyond the I-84 corridor.
Our two-person team handles white-glove placement: into the room of your choice, oriented how you want it, packing materials taken away. If we damage something on the way in (your wall, the piece, your floor), that's our problem and we'll make it right.
Financing (Snap)
Snap Finance is a third-party financing option. If you choose it, you're contracting with Snap, not with us. Their terms (interest, payment schedule, late fees, credit reporting) apply — read them at snapfinance.com before signing. We don't share in interest or fees; we get paid the same whether you finance or pay cash.
Limits on liability
We stand behind every piece, but we're a small local business — our total liability for any single issue is capped at what you paid for the sectional. We're not on the hook for indirect damages (a guest injures themselves, the piece doesn't fit through your door, etc.). Buying used designer furniture is a partnership in good faith.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Idaho law. Any dispute is venued in Ada County, Idaho. We'd much rather work it out by text or phone first — most issues are misunderstandings that take five minutes to resolve.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. Major changes (new policies, scope changes) will be announced on the site for 30 days. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
